Halloween isn’t just for in-person trick-or-treating. Everyone should be able to get in on the fun, even virtually, and Bethesda Softworks is joining in on the fun with one of their most popular games. They’ve just announced a new series of Halloween-themed events taking place in Fallout 76 through the month of October, elevating the post-apocalyptic experience of the game with some special holiday spirit.

Running now through October 29, the game’s Halloween C.A.M.P. Contest allows players to submit Halloween-themed C.A.M.P. builds for a chance to win in-game items and rewards, with winners announced around Halloween. Additionally, Fallout’s popular Mischief Night is returning from now until October 21, with a new location and upgrades, allowing players to grab a costume to join the Eyebot JES-2R, wreaking havoc at Rapidan camp to earn rewards, XP, and special loot.

The annual Spooky Scorched event is also returning for 2025, running from October 21 to November 4. Players can keep an ear out for the spine-tingling that accompanies Legendary costumed scorched, and take them out to earn a Spooky Treat Bag, Mystery Candy and Legendary items. Players can also don their own costumes and go trick-or-treating in Appalachia by visiting their neighbor’s C.A.M.P. to get Mystery Candy from their Spooky Candy Bowl.

Also running from October 21 to November 4 is Fallout 76’s Night at the Morgue Mini Season, which will allow players to welcome candy-hungry wastelanders to their C.A.M.P.s, as well as go trick-or-treating at fellow players’ C.A.M.P. for the chance to earn special rewards. More details about this event will be released later in the month.

Fallout 76 is available to play on Steam, XBox One, XBox on PC, and the PlayStation 4.
