Following this weekend's announcement that Jason Voorhees is finally coming to Dead By Daylight, Behaviour Interactive has unveiled further details of the slasher's long-awaited debut in the The Fog, as well as a look at his official game design:

Dead By Daylight, in partnership with Jason Universe, is officially bringing the hockey-masked maniac to the asymmetric multiplayer survival horror video game on May 26 as part of the Steam public test build, and officially releasing on June 16.
Per an official press release, Jason’s gameplay delivers a bone-chilling blend of stealth, scares and brutality for players looking to embody the same relentless presence and power that have defined the character’s 45-year legacy. Jason’s Power is split into two distinct components, the first being Omnipresent Evil—a stealth-based ability that encapsulates the Killer’s knack for popping up in unexpected places to catch his victims off guard – and the second being Improvised Carnage, which taps into his signature creativity when it comes to kills utilizing the items available in his environment. Scattered throughout the Map are containers filled with makeshift projectiles—fragments of Lockers, broken Generator parts, shattered Pallets, even Hooks.
As for his design, Jason comes complete with a range of outfits, his default being the all-new but still iconic refresh by legendary FX artist Greg Nicotero. There's also the Backwoods Terror outfit which trades Jason’s jacket for flannel and suspenders, and his machete for a heavy axe, the Death Forsaken look which offers a grotesque incarnation with decayed features, exposed bone, and a shovel in hand, and the Depths of Despair Outfit, which sees him emerging from the depths; a vision of terror covered head-to-toe in barnacles, coral, and seaweed. Here's a better look at Jason's new ‘fits:

Sr. Creative Director, Dave Richard has the following to say of Jason's highly-anticipated arrival that coincides with Dead By Daylight‘s 10th anniversary celebrations:
“There was never a question that our 10th Anniversary Chapter couldn’t just be big – it needed to be something really special […] When we started to see a path to finally making this partnership a reality for our 10th, we knew then the perfect Jason moment had come. We’re just thrilled the stars aligned and we were able to work with the great folks at Jason Universe to deliver this for our players on such a major milestone for Dead by Daylight.”
Robbie Barsamian, Executive Vice President at Horror, Inc, adds:
“Our fans have wanted Jason to enter The Fog since Dead by Daylight launched […] We’re thrilled to help make the game’s 10th anniversary celebration even more special for fans, and can’t wait for players to experience the killer new skins and gameplay that only Jason can deliver. Dead by Daylight has always been about nightmare horror stories, and Jason adds a new chapter we hope players will enjoy.”
Jason fans also have A24 and Peacock's upcoming prequel series Crystal Lake, starring Linda Cardellini, coming their way this October.
Dead by Daylight: Jason is available May 26 as part of the Steam public test build. It releases officially on June 16th.
