Hokum, the chilling supernatural thriller from Caveat and Oddity director Damian McCarthy, has officially set a Digital release date, hitting platforms to rent or own beginning tomorrow, June 2.
A Blu-ray/4K Ultra HD Combo and DVD release from NEON will follow on August 11, 2026. See below for pack shots of the physical media release.
Starring Adam Scott, Hokum follows novelist Ohm Bauman as he retreats to a remote inn to scatter his parents’ ashes, only to become consumed by tales of a witch haunting the honeymoon suite. Disturbing visions and a shocking disappearance force him to confront the darkest corners of his past.
Hokum nabbed $24 million at the global box office, and marked one of NEON's top domestic launches. The Irish horror has been a hit with critics, with Fango's Greg Greene praising the film for freaking out crowds at SXSW upon debut.
Hokum hits Digital platforms on June 2. Check out the cover art for the 4K release below, and look out for more from McCarthy's next horror project as we get it.
