Starring George MacKay (Femme, The End) and Callum Turner (Fantastic Beasts) in Rose of Nevada, a mysterious boat returns to a rundown Cornish fishing village 30 years after vanishing. Shot on location in Cornwall with financing from Film4 Productions and the British Film Institute, Rose of Nevada forms the finale of Jenkin’s so-called ‘Cornish trilogy’, which includes 2019’s scathing drama Bait and 2022’s experimental folk horror Enys Men. At the time of writing, Rose of Nevada boasts a 100% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and folks, if you like your scares slow and existential, trust us when we say this is one you don’t want to miss in theaters.
