For those of you looking for a place to stream the best horror films for Halloween, or even just your favorites, look no further. Paramount+ has just brought back their Peak Screaming collection, featuring over fifty titles to choose from, whether you’re a fan of campy horror comedies or goopy gorefests full of bloods and guts.
The centerpiece of the collection is the September 27 premiere of Apartment 7A, the new Rosemary’s Baby prequel starring Julia Gardner and Dianne Wiest. Taking place before the events of the iconic Mia Farrow-led film, the new movie follows a young dancer who makes her way to New York City in search of stardom, only to make a deal with a dark force when she moves into the titular apartment, thinking she’s simply returning goodwill from an elderly couple.
If that sounds a little too scary for you, the platform has a lighter title hitting the collection on October 10: SpongeBob Squarepants: Kreepaway Kamp. The kid-friendly Halloween romp takes SpongeBob and the gang to Kamp Koral for a reunion, where they find themselves stalked by a strange figure lurking in the shadows, picking off campers one by one before the familiar faces work together to get to the bottom of things.
Of course, the streamer has far more than just two titles to make your scream. Peak Screaming features twenty-five curated carousels of movie options, with the full list of titles available below:
