Bring Her Back, Danny and Michael Philippou's hotly-anticipated follow up to Talk to Me, hits theaters on May 30, with the filmmaking duo promising “fucked up shit” in a new first look teaser from A24.
Bring Her Back stars two-time Oscar nominee Sally Hawkins, (or, as the brothers affectionately call her, “Sally Fucking Hawkins”) and comes with the mysterious logline:
Following the death of their mother, a brother and sister are introduced to their new sibling by their foster mother, only to learn that he has a terrifying secret.
Also starring in the R-rated horror are Billy Barratt (the youngest actor to win an International Emmy Award), Jonah Wren Phillips and newcomer Sora Wong.
Earning over $90 million on a budget of only $4.5 million, becoming A24’s highest-earning horror film, the Philippou brothers' debut Talk to Me cemented the pair as two of the most exciting new voices in horror.
