Cristin Milioti (The Penguin, Black Mirror) is set to star in Buddy, a “unique” horror movie from Adult Swim's Casper Kelly (Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell, Too Many Cooks, the “Cheddar Goblin” commercial from Mandy).
Per The Hollywood Reporter, who revealed the news earlier today, Buddy is produced by BoulderLight Pictures (Companion, Weapons), with production kicking off this week in Ohio.
Plot details remain under wraps, but according to THR, Buddy is being described as a “new experience in horror.” Anyone who's seen the viral surreal horror sensation Too Many Cooks will surely be equally enthralled and terrified by whatever this means.
Behind the scenes, Tyler Davidson and Drew Sykes are producing for Low Spark Films, with Jamie King (World's Best) co-writing alongside Kelly.
