This year marks 50 years since Bob Clark's festive slasher classic Black Christmas, and Mutant is celebrating with a suitably striking new poster. Read on for an exclusive reveal.
The poster, with art by Phantom City Creative, comes in three colorways perfect for the season – red, green and white. The green version (seen below) will be available exclusively at select Black Christmas 4K theatrical screenings taking place across the country from December 7 onwards, courtesy of the American Genre Film Archive.
Both the red and monochromatic posters will be available at madebymutant.com on Friday, November 29 at 10am PT/12pm CT/1pm ET.
Released in 1974, Black Christmas starred Olivia Hussey and followed a group of sorority sisters harassed by threatening phone calls that eventually lead to them being murdered one by one by a mysterious killer. Considered one of the earliest slasher movies, Black Christmas spawned two remakes in 2006 and 2019.
