23 Free Horror Movies Streaming This Month

What's up with the free horror movies streaming this month? The answer is that there is an entire series of horror comedies and quite a few elegantly terrifying films. You can find films that have gorgeous and gruesome images with the power to remain in your mind for a very long time. Since film is an art form that relies heavily on the visual sense, when you watch a film that goes for the gusto with performances and unnerving passion in the frame, you've got something entirely different on your hands.

For horror fans, there's nothing like watching great horror movies, and the only thing that might be better is watching your favorite scary movies for free.

Pluto TV has eleven titles new to its service in June, but it makes up for a relatively small number of movies with what it has programmed.  June 5 is the release date of the reboot of the horror parody movie series, Scary Movie. If you want to bet that Pluto TV is prepared for the people who want to refresh their memories of the movies or watch them for the first time before going to the theater for the newest sequel, you would win the jackpot.

All five entries in the Scary Movie series are streaming on Pluto, which has the motto “Stream Now, Pay Never” for the best reason. It's always free. Watch as much or as little as you want, and you still pay nothing. The streamer didn't stop there and has also added 10 Cloverfield Lane, I Saw the TV Glow, and Attack the Block.

David Slade's underseen Dark Harvest, the dark superhero tale, Brightburn, Alex Garland's surreal folk terror tale, Men, which stars Academy Award winner Jessie Buckley, and Overlord, the gory alternate take on World War II, that tells of Allied soldiers discovering that the Nazi experiments have turned humans into violent mutants, have all been selected by Tubi for June.

There are only twelve movies on Tubi's list, but they pack a powerful punch.
