It’s impossible to deny that Godzilla’s conquered it all: television, films, and even the Academy Awards. Now, he’s headed for his latest target — your collectibles shelf, as Toho International has released a new line of figures and other ephemera for you to add to your kaiju collection just in time for Father’s Day.
The aptly named Godzilla Store is offering several unique figures of the main man himself, including a Japanese exclusive of the 1964 Mosugoji suit, a diorama figure, a collaboration with Puma and Atmos as well as one with Tokidoki, a Bagan figure, and numerous figures based on Godzilla Minus One, including a Toho ULTIMATES! version of the Titan charging up, an exclusive gold figure, a Daikaiju figure, and a red version of the kaiju from the Bandai Movie Monster series.
Also on offer are a couple of ReAction figures of the infamous kaiju, as well as an exclusive pack of the other monsters featured in Toho’s iconic films, including Mechagodzilla, Ghidorah, Megaguirus, and more.
But if none of those offerings seem like quite the right fit for you or your dad this Father’s Day, FANGORIA also has a special piece of merch dedicated to the King of Monsters. Originally designed for Godzilla Day, our Ghost X Ghost collab t-shirt features Godzilla himself as he appeared on the first-ever issue of FANGORIA all the way back in 1979. The shirt is currently available in our store, alongside back issues, slipcases, and even more exclusive merch for the horror fan in your life.
These collectibles are perfect for those who are eagerly holding out for the next time the big man and his kaiju (or Titan, depending on your choice of canon) mates next hit our screens. He’s got almost as much lined up as Marvel’s greatest heroes, with not only a sequel to Godzilla Minus One currently in the works, but the MonsterVerse sequel Godzilla x Kong: Supernova hitting theaters in 2027, starring Sam Neill, Dan Stevens, Kaitlin Dever, and Matthew Modine, and a second season of Kurt and Wyatt Russell’s Monarch: Legacy of Monsters coming to Apple TV+ soon. And to boot, Shin Godzilla is also making a return to theaters this August.
