Stomping into theaters on March 26, 2027, the next chapter in the MonsterVerse saga is now officially titled Godzilla x Kong: Supernova, with a new mini teaser from Warner Bros. revealing the film is now in production.
Directed by Grant Sputore, the Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire sequel is described as a continuation of the franchise centering Godzilla, Kong and an assortment of other Titans. To respond to a sighting of one of these legendary monsters, you can now call (240) MON-ARCH and report Titans in your area.
Godzilla x Kong: Supernova‘s stacked cast includes Sam Neill, Kaitlyn Dever, Jack O’Connell, Delroy Lindo, Matthew Modine, Alycia Debnam-Carey, and Dan Stevens, returning to his role as pilot Trapper from last year’s Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.
Plot details are still under wraps, but according to Deadline, the film is “said to place several new human characters alongside Titans Godzilla and Kong, as they face off against a cataclysmic world-ending threat.”
