Stephen Cognetti's Hell House franchise hits theaters for the first time on August 20 via Terror Films Releasing and Iconic Events, with Shudder today unveiling a creepy new clip of the fifth and supposed final entry in the series, Hell House LLC: Lineage.
Returning forHell House LLC: Lineage are characters from other installments in the franchise, including the Carmichael siblings from Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor, as well as Elizabeth Vermilyea as Vanessa Shephard, the resurrected documentarian from Hell House LLC: Lake of Fire.

Haunted by visions and recurring nightmares years after a near-death experience, Vanessa Shepard finds herself living in the town of Abaddon, unable to break free from its unexplainable hold on her. When people around her suddenly and inexplicably begin to die, she soon uncovers her terrifying connection to the Abaddon Hotel, the Carmichael Manor and the mysterious murders that have been occurring for decades, long before Hell House LLC.
Poor old Vanessa isn't having a very good time of things it seems, only made worse by the appearance of that damn clown in today's new clip.
