Isabel May (1883) is set to play the daughter of Neve Campbell's Sidney Prescott in the upcoming Scream 7, Deadline has reported.
As previously reported, the next entry into the legendary slasher franchise will be directed by series co-creator and Scream (1996) writer Kevin Williamson, and is set for release on February 27, 2026 via Paramount.
May joining as Sidney's daughter supports what we already know about Scream 7 being a Sidney-focused story, and also likely means that Patrick Dempsey will be returning to his role as Sidney's husband (and May's father) Mark Kincaid.
Alongside May, Campbell and possibly Dempsey, Courteney Cox is also reportedly in talks to return to her fan-favorite role as Gale Weathers. While we're not getting our hopes up just yet, Matthew Lillard has also said he's down to return “if it makes sense”.
Scream 7 will be a departure from the previous two entries in the series, Scream and Scream VI, which followed Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega's Carpenter sisters.
