Ki ki ki, ho ho ho! Even slasher icons need a break from slicing and dicing during the festive season, and that's just what Friday the 13th‘s masked maniac Jason Voorhees is doing in a brand new holiday spot from Paramount Scares.
Written and directed by FANGORIA Chainsaw Award‘s Michael Varrati (There's a Zombie Outside), the Season's Screamings spot also stars Friday the 13th: A New Beginning final girl Melanie Kinnaman, who is technically meeting Jason for the first time here (as you'll remember, the Jason in Part V was an imposter!) Thankfully, it seems Jason is happy to trade killing for cocoa, just this once.
Bart Mastronardi plays the hulking masked maniac, with Andrew J. Ceperley and James Kennard on cinematography duties, sound by Nicholas LaDue, production design by Brendan Haley with decorating assist from Alan Rowe Kelly, make-up by Tess Marie and editing by Erick Lorinc and Andrew J. Ceperley.
