Want to own screen-used items from your favorite horror films? Well, now’s the time, as Propstore has unveiled the catalogue for their yearly spring entertainment memorabilia auction, unearthing real props, costumes, and set pieces from all across cinema history. The auction runs from March 25-27, featuring over 1,300 lots, plus over 200 lots of animation artwork, including some iconic pieces from our favorite scary movies.

Big ticket items being auctioned off include Vincent Price’s costume from The Masque of the Red Death, the heads of Shorty and Chubby from Killer Klowns from Outer Space, a life-size yautja from Predator, one of Scream’s many Ghostface masks, and tons of costumes and props from the Fright Night remake starring Colin Firth and David Tennant. The starting bids for most items are $1,500 USD, with some reaching as high as $10,000, so I hope you’ve got your pocketbook ready, cause it’s gonna be hurting when this is over.

Among the other offerings are numerous one-off costume pieces from the Alien franchise, as well as the netherworld priest from Beetlejuice, several weapons from Blade, matte paintings from Ghostbusters and The Monster Squad, necronomicons from Evil Dead II, boat props from Jaws, and various set pieces from Buffy the Vampire Slayer

But if there isn’t any horror memorabilia you’re interested in, don’t worry — the auction also includes props, costumes, and ephemera featured in almost every major franchise you could think of. My personal favorites are the hand-painted title cards used in various films in the 1960s, though I wouldn’t mind owning a Batarang from Batman Forever either…

Bidding is open now for Propstore’s spring memorabilia auction. To check out the whole catalogue and register to place bids, you can check out their website.
