Fresh off today's first look images, 20th Century Studios has unveiled the first trailer for Send Help, the desert island-set survival horror thriller from Sam Raimi (Evil Dead, Drag Me to Hell), hitting theaters on January 30, 2026.

Starring Rachel McAdams and Dylan O'Brien, Send Help is written by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift (Freddy vs. Jason, 2009's Friday the 13th), and follows two co-workers who become the sole survivors of a plane crash while on a business trip:

On the island, they must overcome past grievances and work together to survive, but ultimately, it’s a battle of wills and wits to make it out alive.

Legendary composer and musician Danny Elfman (Beetlejuice, Sleepy Hollow, The Nightmare Before Christmas) is onboard for his eighth collaboration with Raimi, having also scored the director’s first two Spider-Man films, as well as Army of Darkness, Darkman, A Simple Plan, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and Oz: The Great and Powerful.

Today's Send Help trailers gives us a better look at McAdams and O'Brien in action as co-workers Linda Liddle, “the most capable, hardworking, and overlooked member of her consulting firm's strategy and planning team”, according to Raimi, and Bradley Preston, who Liddle has less than warm feelings towards, respectively.

Send Help is produced by Raimi and Zainab Azizi (Locked, Don't Move) and executive produced by JJ Hook (The Amateur). Check out the new trailer below:
