Mike P. Nelson's Silent Night, Deadly Night has officially entered production, with Deadline sharing a first look at star Rohan Campbell (Halloween Ends, The Monkey ) in his role as Santa-suited slasher Billy Chapman.

Campbell is joined by Happy Death Day star Ruby Modine who'll be playing Billy's love interest, Pamela, as well as new cast additions Mark Acheson, David Lawrence Brown, and David Tomlinson.

The Silent Night, Deadly Night reboot:

“…centers on a young boy who witnesses the murder of his parents at the hands of a man dressed as Santa, only to grow up and become a killer himself. Haunted by trauma and fueled by a twisted sense of justice, he puts on the Santa suit and punishes the naughty. Blending psychological horror, brutal slasher thrills and a touch of the supernatural and, shockingly, a sprinkle of romance, the new film hopes to deliver a modern new take on the ultimate holiday nightmare.”
