Announced back in 2023, Universal Horror Unleashed finally opens its doors to the public on August 14, giving horror fans the chance to get spooked in four haunted houses based on the Universal Monsters, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, The Exorcist: Believer, and Scarecrow: The Reaping.
From Halloween Horror Nights creators Universal Destinations & Experiences, the year-round terrifying immersive experience is located at AREA15 in downtown Las Vegas, and includes live performers, imaginative food and drink, themed entertainment areas, and more.
A brand new hype video released today (seen below) teases some of the reactions from the houses, and from the looks of things they aren't holding back on the scares.
Creative director and executive producer John Murdy teases:
When fans walk through the front door of Universal Horror Unleashed Las Vegas, they're going to enter a new world, unlike anything they've ever seen before.
