After ten months of securing the rights to Ghost Face Vodka, Matthew Lillard’s boutique spirits line sold out of their latest release in less than an hour. With over 45,000 people on the waiting list, that’s pretty huge for a small company. In fact, in Lillard’s words, it’s “life changing.” Just how life changing? Well, the small batch bottles were previously only available directly from the Find Familiar Spirits/Macabre Spirits website, but after this massive victory, you’ll soon be able to pick up Find Familiar Spirits in select Total Wine retail stores.

Where To Buy Ghost Face Vodka

Lillard made the Total Wine announcement during the Ghost Face Vodka launch party, sharing that the partnership will kick off with Find Familiar Spirits available in Total Wine locations across four states, before expanding nationwide in 2027. Exact dates have yet to be announced, but we can expect Ghost Face Vodka bottles to be on Total Wine shelves in select states this year, with the entire Find Familiar Spirits line in stores early next year.

If you weren’t one of the lucky first release customers to snag a bottle, there’s still hope! But judging by how quickly that first round sold out, these will most likely fly off store shelves, so once they’re released, keep an eye out.

Founded by Lillard, Justin Ware, and Tim Sparapani, the brand began as a nod to their shared fandom for Dungeons & Dragons. Thus, Quest's End Whiskey was born. Ghost Face Vodka isn’t the first release from Find Familiar Spirits’ genre offshoot — Macabre Spirits. The Find Familiar team has previously partnered with Mike Flanagan, who penned a novella specifically to release alongside the brand’s Rare, Fine & Limited whiskey release. Most recently, the brand also partnered with Ice Nine Kills for their Horrorwood Reserve whiskey.

Macabre Spirits isn’t just releasing spirits, they’re creating collectible pieces for horror fans, and we can’t wait to see them on store shelves later this year. Cheers to finding familiar spirits along your journey.
