Ahead of its World Premiere at Panic Fest later this month It Feeds, the new supernatural horror from writer/director Chad Archibald (Bite, The Heretics), gets a creepy first trailer from Black Fawn Distribution.
Starring Ashley Greene (The Twilight Saga), Shawn Ashmore (The X-Men film franchise), Ellie O'Brien (Netflix's My Life With The Walter Boys), Shayelin Martin (Wild Goat Surf), Julian Richings (Cube, Beau is Afraid), Juno Rinaldi (Workin' Moms) and Mark Taylor (Cinderella Man), It Feeds follows:
…the harrowing story of a young girl who insists that a malevolent entity is feeding on her. Greene portrays a clairvoyant therapist who must confront her own personal demons to save the girl before she is consumed completely. Ashmore takes on the role of the anguished father, desperately struggling to protect his daughter.
As well as writing and directing Archibald produced It Feeds alongside Cody Calahan and Evan Ottoni for Black Fawn Films, and William G. Santor, Morris Chapdelaine, and Navid McIlhargey for Productivity Media Inc (PMI).
Here's what Archibald had to say in a director's statement:
It was a dream making this nightmare [..] It’s a film full of the things that terrify me the most and I think that will resonate with audiences when it hits theatres this April.”
It Feeds hits select theaters and VOD in the U.S. (via Samuel Goldwyn) and Canada on April 18 (via Black Fawn Distribution), and the U.K. and Ireland (via Signature Entertainment) on May 12. Check out the creepy new trailer below:
